WILG advised a U.S. subsidiary of a large Japanese travel service company in its acquisition of a rental car business from a Hawaii subsidiary of a major Japanese rental car company. The transaction concluded on February 1, 2010. Furthermore, the buyer, the seller and a large car rental company in the U.S. entered into an alliance to serve targeted customers in Hawaii.
